As I reflect back on the past three weeks I smile at the synchronicity of life… My Beloved Dog Jack
who came to our family during my teacher training at Kripalu in 2003 passed on almost 2 weeks ago..I miss his unconditional love and ability to encourage me to pause so much…yet the Universe offered a gift of this beautiful yoga studio that we are about to begin in…Beginnings and Endings…just like life…just like the breath…we can always find the pause button and begin again with a deep inhale to let in all that IS and a deep exhale to let out whatever isn’t serving you…and then you begin again.
We spent the night in a Tiny House in the Catskills on Thursday..yes glamping aka glamour camping… it was a great way to connect once again to the peace inside
So Much Gratitude,
