The Universe has your back…I teach and I live it! Many of you know that Harmony Yoga Studio needed to move out of Old Town Hall in less than 30 days because the City is leasing the space out…So…my practice on and off the mat for the past 2 weeks has been visualizing a new home for us..and today I sealed the deal!
We are moving to NOELLE’S building on 1100 High Ridge Road in Stamford. I am over joyed to teach yoga in this Zen and Healing Space. Classes will continue at Bank St location thru Tuesday Aug 15th 7pm Beginners class (with a much needed vacation in there August 16th-August 24th) and then all classes will begin with basically the same schedule at Noelles Day Spa on Saturday August 26th NEW TIME 745-845am in a gorgeous new space.
Free parking in the front or back of the building then find BACK DOOR at Noelles up the stairs and there you will find our new digs! I can not WAIT to see you all unwind in our new home. I have already scheduled a monthly Restorative Workshop so save these Sundays
Sept 24th October 15th November 5th and December 3rd 4-6pm and many more new and exciting things to come with Harmony Yoga joining forces with Life Cycle which has been in that space for 3 years.
