March 1st..a time for new beginnings at Harmony Yoga Studio…We will be moving into the big studio at Noelle’s and spreading our wings! More classes, more workshops and other offerings to come… Sometimes life leaves you crumbs…you can CHOOSE to follow the crumbs, the signs, the offerings and let the Universe guide you… this is how i try to live my life…I set my intentions, I focus my attention and then i let go and let the Universe lead the way. Or as my card said this week “THE MOMENT I EMBRACE MY PEACE WITHIN AND SURRENDER THE OUTCOME IS THE MOMENT THAT THE UNIVERSE CAN TRULY GET TO WORK!” I am super excited for New Beginnings, for Spring, for Growing, for Deeply Listening and honored to continue to teach yoga and witness you all unfold and begin again and again and again…please continue to offer your wish list ideas so we can grow together!
