5 Elements Harmony Yoga Camp Retreat

The Five Elements are EARTH, WATER, FIRE, AIR and SPACE. Five Elements Yoga is a transformational practice that allows you to experience and realign with the harmony in your own body. Balancing the Elements helps to balance the Chakras (wheels of energy in the body). This is a gentle/moderate yoga practice where you move at your own pace as you tune in to yourself and listen to what you need in the moment. Carol Shwidock, Kripalu Yoga Instructor, Occupational Therapist and Reiki Master will guide you through this practice with seasoned hands and an open heart. You will strengthen your connection to the grounding and stabilizing properties of the Earth, flow with the rivers of life, fuel your transformational energy, open to your heart and connect to the Sky.

Cost $350 includes room and board (motel style rooms), all activities and your copy of the newly released Harmony Yoga Five Elements DVD.
