Excerpts from The words of the Teen Yoga Class at KING 2009

Yoga requires great balance.. it makes me feel energized!

Yoga helps me to feel
relaxed and calm…
In yoga I find focus….
yoga helps me to open up my heart, it stretches me out.
In yoga I feel confident…
it allows me to focus on one thing!

I like strengthening my body…it helps me to be strong!

It helps me to surrender…let go…it helps me with dance.
It is challenging… it is fun to do and it refreshes my mind.
Yoga helps me because it is peaceful and I get focused and balanced.

Yoga
energizing… balancing… focusing… openings…. strengthening…letting go…. surrendering…. challenging... fun…. refreshing… peaceful...
